Topics discussed include the process of childbirth and delivery, comfort techniques used in labor, medications/epidurals and relaxation and breathing techniques. ADOLESCENT CLASSES
Big Girl Now

The changes and challenges associated with puberty and adolescence are discussed. This interactive class helps girls understand the physical and emotional issues they may experience during these sometimes trying years.
Safe Sitter Class
