CFO & Will VP Smooch Cow

February 24, 2010

(Augusta, GA)  –  A pair of executives at Doctors Hospital have won the honor of kissing - a cow. The hospital’s CFO and VP of Business Development collected the most money for the smooch.

The dairy cow, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Frank of Harlem, will be at the hospital at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 for her kiss. Sondra Smith-Lancaster, the VP of Business Development, and Terence Vanarkel, the Chief Financial Officer, tied in a fundraising contest to see which director or senior team member would raise the most money and earn the right to kiss a cow at the hospital. The Cow Kissing Contest is one of a series of employee fundraisers to raise money for the Hope Fund, an employee-funded charity to help employees during times of personal hardship and crisis.

Media are invited to cover this bovine event. Please meet Anne Cordeiro at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the front entrance of Doctors Hospital, 3651 Wheeler Road.
