Donation To Help Cancer Patients At Future Lydia Project House
December 18, 2012
Augusta, GA - While many women battling cancer are surrounded by their friends and family for support, that’s not the case for all. Once construction is complete, The Daksha Chudgar Lydia House will be a place of refuge for women to stay who are undergoing treatment for cancer, but may not have the ability to do so because of high fuel and lodging costs, or the lack of transportation.
Doctors Hospital understands the importance of having a home like the Daksha House, and has held many fundraisers in support of it, including the donation of 12 hospital beds.
