Holiday Burn Safety
Holiday meals are traditions to enjoy but occasionally you could get burned. If you suffer a minor burn prompt first aid will usually help it heal. First, cool the burn with cold water for about 10 minutes to stop the burning and relieve pain. Cover the burn with a sterile dressing. Don’t use adhesive dressings or apply lotions, ointments or creams. If you are unsure about the severity of an injury see a medical professional.
