Doctors Hospital of Augusta is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Harden, BSN, MBA, NE-BC, FACHE, as the new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). In this role, he will have executive leadership for nursing functions at Doctors Hospital of Augusta.

Previously, Harden was the Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Health Meadows, an HCA Healthcare facility in Vidalia, Georgia, where he served for six years. He began his healthcare career as a staff nurse in the Emergency Department. He has held various leadership roles spanning both inpatient and outpatient services, including Director of Inpatient Services, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry/Pediatrics, and eventually Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Health Meadows.
Harden received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Walden University. He is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
